Brady and Erica Hobby are an excellent team! Selling our Mother’s home was a very emotional experience. Brady and Erica were very caring to our family every step of the way. We had a very unique situation because the county bought the property. There were many different obstacles, hoops and hurdles we had to go through. This was new territory for Brady and Erica. Even though they had never worked with this type of situation, they figured everything out for us and managed the sale in the very best possible way for our family! I was selling the property from another state and put all my trust in Brady and Erica and never felt worried. They always put my mind at ease and called me with every detail as situations arose! I would recommend Brady and Erica to everyone I know. They are the best and a pleasure to work with.

Brady and Erica are a fantastic team. From a seller's perspective, they were completely in tune with our needs and extremely helpful in supporting us throughout the sale process. From coordinating contractors to selecting carpet and tile they knew what buyers were looking for in a new home and clearly they are successful for this reason. I've worked with Erica and Brady twice - once when we bought our house and once when we sold it 5 years later. They were introduced to us by mutual friends just over five years ago, and they've been great realtors for us, not to mention having evolved into great friends too.

They know the Danville, Tri-Valley and East Bay communities well. They were born and raised in Danville, so they know all the neighborhoods from personal experience and can help guide you to the perfect home for you, your family and your budget.

Most recently they worked on selling my home and working closely with my relocation company. The complexity factor was moved up several notches by having to deal with this third party, jumping through lots of hoops. But Erica and Brady handled it seamlessly and perfectly. Our house is sold and we've moved on. We're sad we won't work with them again, but glad to know them and call them friends, even from many states away.

I highly recommend Hobby Associates. You won't regret working with them.
