Brad helped me with the sale of one condo and the purchase of a second. I did it in reverse order, buying the new condo first which was nerve racking. I was so afraid that the first condo wouldn’t sell and I’d be stuck with two. He just smiled, laughed a quiet laugh and assured me the condo would sell. And did I mention it was during the holidays?

Brad helped negotiate a lower price on the new condo, I was very happy with the new price. I had to be out of state when it was time for the inspection and Brad went on my behalf. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed and Brad negotiated that portion of the contract, as well.

When the offer came in on the old condo, a second one came in right behind it. Once again, Brad worked his magic to improve the sales price. He handled the issues with the inspection report to minimize my inconvenience.

Both transactions were concluded in less than 10 weeks from start to finish. I was living in the new condo in 30 days!
