Has anyone else received terrible service from Town Hall, specifically the Ultilties Department? Just had some of the worse customer service ever and was actually shushed by the woman working there. I was asking questions about my waterbill that went from the minimum of $190.07 because we do not use enough water in a cyle to over $1600 in one billing cycle. I've been asking this to be looked into since early last week. They refuse to give me real answers though someone has been out from public works that said the person who read the meter for this reading basically took the reading from all the way back to July to now. I only found that out because of the super nice receptionist. Still doesn't explain how we used 100x more water in 2 months. The very rude woman than said we use irrigation. I said yes we do, but haven't since Nov 6 which the guy from public works verified. She then said she just found out about this today which I challenged. She then shushed me as if I was a child. I will admit I may have responded strongly to that but the overall feel of the whole thing was very rude. I've already emailed the town manager but just wanted to see if my strong reaction is pregnancy hormones or valid.
