I love our home floor plan. But I can't say that I would recommend this builder at this point. We were first to reserve and give deposit when the homes became available yet we had already missed option cut off dates and we're pushed to make decisions on others items without having the options/upgrades available to review. Items we were told were included changed throughout the build..landscape, countertops, baseboards, etc. Communication between the builder and their subcontractors is the most frustrating I've experienced- during build and post build. There is no quality inspection during or after the build so we have been dealing with Subs repairing work well into our 5 months of move in with no signs of completion. The initial work was extremely flawed that our after move in punch list is the worst I've experienced. The home was incomplete and subpar with Subs still in our home on day of walk through/ new owner orientation which we had a 2 month delay move that builder blamed on SCE..they wanted our $ even though our home was not ready. If SCE was the issue, I feel our home should have been above standard not unacceptable at time of walk through. There is no owner consideration with this company. None. I inquired with other neighbors to determine if this was a single home issue before I posted..I'm posting because it is not.
