Dishonest!!! No integrity. Bonneville Builders is developing Cascade Springs development just to east of our home, and they completely mismanaged their runoff water. They routed the water straight at are East property line. We contacted Bonneville and their contracted excavator Competitive Excavating after our backyard garage almost flooded after a small rainstorm. Throughout all the years we've lived here we've never even had so much of as a puddle even throughout all the floods just down the block 2 years back. So after a small rain and almost flooding, we knew we'd have a problem with the upcoming monsoon season. The Bonneville rep and Competitive Excavating rep met with me before we flooded. Bonneville acted like everything was fine and didn't give a rat's in the world. Competitive Excavating assured us that they would be here if there was a problem to help. A week later when the storm came and the water was rushing down their street straight at our home, I called him when it was obviously we were going to flood. I was told they would be doing nothing about it. One day after my wife received radiation treatments she was digging ditches in our backyard trying to save our home while I was trying to build a makeshift damn. The runoff completely wiped out our yard, flooded our basement, and filled our corrals with their road base. The following morning I went to talk to Bonneville and Competitive Excavating. The Bonneville rep treated us like trash and said quote "Not my problem". Bonneville Builder to date has not fixed our fence they hit and broke or done anything about the damage they have caused us. both of these companies are absolutely despicable. I hope anybody who deals with them or has to live by a development either of these companies is contracted on watches them closely. They will not hesitate to cut corners at the cost of your home to save on their profits. Take many pictures and keep in contact with your city officials. I am completely dumbfounded that such a large well-known company does such Shady dealings. We have to constantly and continuously work with the city and others just to get them to fix their short comings, to hopefully stop future problems. Still now they will not own up to any damage to our property, fence or anything else that they have destroyed. Shame on you. My children thank you for taking their Christmas for their Christmas and collage funds are having to be used trying to repair our home.

UPDATE 1/25/24!! 6 months has passed since Bonneville Builders flooded us with their runoff water. They did attemp to do some work in the last month to finally try to stop from flooding us again, though I am not confident on how it was done. They have fixed my fence, though they used the wrong materials with a less than adequate turnout. I have reached out to them multiple times trying to get them to clean the road base out of our Corrals replace or gravel and Landscaping and fix the Damage they caused to our home. And as their true colors have shown, they aren't even decent enough to return our calls or emails let alone do the right thing. To bad honesty and dignity aren't upheld like it was in the Utah I grew up in.

Final Update. 03/03/2024.
We were told Bonneville spent 18k correcting the water retention issues. To hopefully stop future problems. But due to the amount they spent they will NOT be taking responsibility for the damage to our land and home. And had the audacity to ask us to remove this review, after destroying our property and treating us so terribly. Please feel free to contact me to view the photos.
