From planning the sale, to staging the house, the photos and marketing, to the open house. It all went perfectly. Our home was sold in the first weekend of the first open house. My husband and I had truly the BEST experience working with the Bonafede team. We were referred through our real estate agent Lucy Cai who helped us purchase our first home in Hayward, CA and after a few years, we were looking to sell as we moved on to purchase our second. From the moment we reached out, Brian Bonafede directly came to our door step with detailed information and a nice small gift to introduce himself and the team. It followed a zoom meeting in which both Brian and Dina Bonafede asked us what we were looking to do and provided so much detail about the process. I can't say how much I appreciate this team, especially Dina our agent, because of how communicative they were in the process. After 3 weeks of open houses (which might I add, we were very impressed with how they ran this) - we received an offer and closed even SOONER than we anticipated. What I liked about working with Laura was ask a question and she would answer it clearly and was straightforward. She didn't guess if she didn't know the answer she would tell you so and work to answer the question(s). easy to work with was available to help. an example, she came over and physical helped me move a dining room table and chairs, we also moved mattresses and other stuff to the curb. i was happy with the the price the house was sold for. overall a good experience.

I was in need of a solid real estate team who could help us sell my mom's home after her passing. I live in Foster City and my mom's home is in South San Jose, so having a competent team who could handle all of the on site details and coordination was the most important requirement for me. Well, I could not be happier with how this highly competent and professional team handled the sale from start to finish! From coordinating all the clean up, the contracted upgrades, and the staging needed to get the house into its best state for showing, to making sure everything stayed on track to complete the sale with amazing speed. They kept us posted all the way through using their Base Camp application. In addition, I was very pleased that all the work needed on the house was funded through their Concierge service that simply reconciled all costs at the time of sale. I didn't have to front any money to get those jobs done and the house looked amazing!
