We recently contracted Bon Air Exteriors to replace our aging deck and also add a roof and screen. From start to finish, the whole experience was very pleasant and the final product is stunning. We use the deck every single day now and have received tons of complements from our friends and family.

Initially, we met with multiple companies. Bon Air Exteriors provided reasonable, easy-to-understand estimates with plenty of options and upgrades. The biggest downside was the wait to get started because they had a backlog of projects to get through before ours. Once they got started, however, it was full steam ahead. They tore down the old deck and had the new flooring replaced in only two days. From there, they handled everything from the city permits to electrical in a matter of a few short weeks with some weather delays.

All-in-all, they met our expected deadline, budget, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! I highly recommend Bon Air Exterior for anyone looking to improve their home's exterior.

Bon Air Exteriors was an exceptional group of people to work with to remove our old deck and build a new one. They all did an excellent job from Curtis, who did the initial estimate and followed the whole process of building, to Scott, the forman, to all the workers that built the deck and did carpentry. Bon Air Exteriors did an excellent job transforming our home! Full removal of our old degrading siding, installed with vinyl. Good communication, workers showed up every day, if we had any issues/concerns they were quick to resolve them. They held to their original quote, no extra charges/fees. Job took a little longer than originally anticipated, but I'd rather they take their time and do it right than do a rush job. They rehung new lights we'd purchased, and honestly did more than I thought was included. I think it was all included in the quote, I just didn't realize it would be done. For example our front porch, they covered the wooden ceiling with vinyl so it's all enclosed!
Had a few very minor things and they returned within 30 mins of me contacting them to make it right.
100% would use again!

The work done (screen porch) is phenomenal! They showed up when scheduled, were very communicative, cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure the work was done correctly (no shortcuts). I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again if we have any more projects in the future.

Our front porch stair stringers were rotting away and the previous installation of composite material was not done correctly (install done before we moved into home). Bon Air came out, listened to what we wanted and gave us some options and quotes. Demo and install took about two days and now we have evenly-spaced stairs that don't creak, are not warped, and are solid. Very happy
