I never wish to experience water pouring into my basement again, but if
it were to happen (fingers crossed it doesn't) without hesitation I would contact BMS CAT. There were lots of twists and turns that made the job challenging, but they stayed until the larger problem was solved. I truly appreciate their hard work.

Brian DiMarzo and his team worked a small miracle within my water damaged home. From the time we saw the water damage until the time they were at my house with fans, dehumidifiers and 3 people to start removing damage was about 15 hours and that was because it was late in the evening when we reached out. Once everything was dried out which took about 5 days, the subcontracted repair and rebuilding team showed up with 3 guys almost every day until it was better than new. Seriously, I can't imagine a better experience despite the way our way of living was interrupted. There was constant and timely communication through every step of the process. I had more problems with the insurance side of things. Thank you BMS CAT!

I would strongly recommend AGAINST hiring BMS CAT. After 6 MONTHS without having my 3-week job completed, I terminated my contract with BMS CAT.

My experience was frustrating, aggravating, and disappointing. BMS CAT failed to communicate within their own company and with my husband and I, the clients. No work was scheduled that did not start with me calling to see what the work schedule for the week was going to be, or not. Crews were routinely unaware of the work to be done and had to be informed by the client.

BMS CAT failed to comply with the conditions of the contract as it related to the start, continuation, and completion of the work. The work was not started within the 10 business days after the signing of the agreement. Work did not continue for 21 days straight as defined by the contract, and verbally reinforced at signing. Work was not completed as per the contract or the two revisions of the contract; therefore, I had to hire another company to finish the job BMS CAT did not do.

My condo is still not yet completed after 8 months. The project manager , Reyda had been giving empty promises time after time. He didn’t show up for a walk thru appointment and then he promised to send me a walk thru video which I still haven’t received it. I just don’t know how to get him finish up the project and get my unit back. Should I just hire someone else to finish up and send BMS Cat a bill?
