They were fantastic. Mr. Saylor came out even after working a full day just to make sure everything was okay. They provided great service and great conversation. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and the service they provided. It’s also a huge plus to me that this business is family owned and operated. I called Bluegrass Septic. My toilets wouldn’t flush. We had just moved into our home. I was not familiar with a septic system. A plumber that responded indicated that our septic system was full and needed to be cleaned and flushed. Glenn answered my call. Due to the weather…a snowstorm… he couldn’t respond that night. He had me photograph the septic system and talked me through fixing the issue till he could respond in a couple days. His knowledge and crystal clear instructions allowed me to find the problem and fix it. He did this at no charge. I will never use another company for any of my septic system needs. He clearly saved the day. Its so refreshing to find a company that truly cares about people. I cannot put into words how impressed and how grateful I am for Glenn and Bluegrass Septic.

I cannot recommend Bluegrass Septic Service enough! Glen and his crew are very responsive and deliver when they say they will. When you have a septic situation you cannot afford to wait for someone to get around to calling you back. Glen responded immediately and came to our aid exactly when he said he would. He saved us at our parents' home also. They have earned my business from now on.

Service was upfront without any hidden fee's. Fast, friendly, and fair. Our septic system is way in the backyard and was too far for any pipes to access. Glenn took the time to be very careful about leaving tire marks on the lawn. Worth every penny.

Mr. Saylor was very friendly and helpful during his visit to our house. He had just spent the day doing 18 house visits and still fit us in after a long day.
