I have had 2 great experiences with Ryan & Blue Wave Investments in the last 6 months.
In short they were honest, delivered on what they promised, did not renegotiate, as well as great communication!
1st deal was I was selling a home, we got an offer contingent upon an investor buying the buyers home. I was a bit leery, so asked to speak to the Investor. Ryan called me on a Sunday afternoon & explained everything which put both me & my seller at ease. That deal went through without any problems & he kept me updated through the whole process.
I recently came across a seller with a home that needed a lot of work & knew it would be tough to sell on the open market. I reached out to Ryan, he came over, looked at the house & then gave us a no contingency fast cash close offer. It was acceptable to my client & it closed quickly without any issues!
Ryan & his team are definitely trustworthy & deliver as promised!

My family and I had an amazing experience when selling our home to Blue Wave Investments. My dad was moving out of the country, and we needed to sell quick! Ryan and his team made sure that everything was done on the promised days and also made it easier for us since we did not have to clean up the house before leaving it. I have set an appointment with Ryan to explore my options regarding the sale of my house.
He came on time , he sat down with me and listened to what is my plans , and what's my goals for selling, he discussed with me all the options and I was very impressed with his straight forward approach and honesty. We have been contemplating whether or not to sell our home or keep it as a rental property.
As a first time potential seller, I wanted to weigh my options without a realtor, so I made a call to Blue Wave investments. We met with Ryan Ambos, who immediately made my wife and I very comfortable.
Ryan was friendly, very professional and broke everything down with language we understood. He has a depth understanding of the house market and had no problem discussing various pros and cons to our decision. It was easy to gain a genuine interest in Ryan, as a person, before a business partner from his ability to build rapport and trust with the customer. My family outgrew our 2 bedroom condo in Ontario. We wanted to buy a 4 bedroom house with a yard, but stay local so my daughter could stay in the same district and my wife and I did not have longer commutes to work. The only problem was that we never had extra money to do any upgrades or repairs so our condo did not show well and we also needed money from the sale of our condo for the deposit and down payment for the new house. We were not able go the traditional route with an agent. We called Blue Wave and Ryan came out and viewed our condo. He listened to our situation and came up with a solution and structured the offer so we could sell Blue Wave our condo, but stay there for 60 days so we could view homes, write offers, and have our money in the bank for a deposit, down payment and qualify for a loan for our new home. Ryan worked with escrow and our agent on the new home to make sure everything went smoothly. We were able to close escrow with no issues and are very happy in our new home thanks to Ryan and Blue Wave Team.
