Sam Scott is a blessing. He was my broker for my new home and did so much for me. Not only did he assist with paperwork so I received the Vacant to Value benefit for my home (filled out ALL of it and submitted, yet didn't have to), but he provided consultation to family members on renovations, provides sources on deed transfer, and followed up with contractors on additional repairs that were needed.
