Chase and The Block Contracting Team are awesome! They recently completed an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) for us, and the results are fantastic. After a considerable amount of time searching for the right contractor online, I found Block Contracting. The idea that they could design my ADU and construct it was one of the main reasons I went with Chase. It was great having someone to take the time to walk me through the entire project. All his employees and the few subcontractors he had on the project were respectful and did a great job keeping the project tidy. I have to say my ADU turned out just how I imagined it! Thanks again!

Block Contracting Inc. did a complete home renovation/kitchen addition of our 3 bedroom 2 bath home ( aprox 1300 sq ft. ) This company truly listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They far exceeded our expectations and had a trustworthy, courteous, hardworking group of contractors. Chase Johnson was thorough and precise with our estimate and time frame. Chase and Eddie came out and gave me an estimate on a pool and a casita… they were very fair. The price was slightly higher than some contractors, but I felt very comfortable with Chase. He was thorough in explaining the process and he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond expectations, because I have had some poor experience with contractors in the past. Overall I can’t recommend chase and block contracting enough! Thank you sir!
