It has been 2 months since moving into The Carlton, and the experience has been great! From the showing of our unit to the move in, the property management has been excellent! Since then, Courtney has been consistent in making sure our needs are addressed in a timely fashion as well as sharing community events and resources to help our family feel right at home. I typically find it rare to have quality property management in the city, so this has been such a great experience for my family and I.

I was very compelled to speak on a bad experience I had with the agent Courtney who represents Blank Slate. I was interested in a unit for a move in date of 11/30 or 12/01. On our initial showing, she was more than 30 min but I let that slide. The tenant was still in the home when we came in so i wasn't able to finish viewing the apt. We agreed on a future date which she chose. Her follow-up has been horrible my entire time working with her. I had to text her again to confirm we were good for the date. After the second showing, she never followed up with me and I would have to call and ask questions regarding the unit. There has been more than 4 occurrences when she promised she would get back to me about the unit I saw and another unit she said would be available in Dec. STILL NO FOLLOW UP. As someone who is an excellent renter/tenant/ and also a business owner, I am very turned off by this company and people like Courtney should NOT be doing business. She is terrible at her job. Thanks for no help or follow-up.

Aashton has been the most knowledgeable Property Manger I have met since my hunt for a new apartment began. She knew so many nearby restaurants and local events that I had not even heard of as a Baltimore resident. Aashton is charismatic and seems genuinely passionate about her properties. She made me feel at ease putting in an application for The Carlton and I hope to move in soon!

Best management I’ve ever had. Any maintenance requests were quickly resolved, all the appliances are new and well-kept. Alex and Courtney are awesome and even brought me a bottle of champagne when I moved in- made me smile and tbh tear up a little and I’ll never forget that!
