Blair was a super helpful in helping us land a house we loved in a super short time span. He took whatever time he needed to either drive me around and look at homes or go out and check homes out since we were out of state. He is a skillful negotiator and got us 15k below asking plus seller paid closing costs. I would highly recommend Blair to anyone.
