Being a first time home buyer (that lived out of state while buying) my experience with Blackstone & Company was absolutele perfection. I’ve gone through the entire process of purchasing a home with my MIL a few years ago in CA (which wasn’t the greatest), so I was just expecting about the same overall customer service, experience, communication, etc. but maybe a little worse since it was out of state, but Hayden and Terra blew my mind and completely replaced my prior experiences with the best experience I feel every home buyer deserves. From our initial Zoom call to meet my husband and family to the very end Hayden & Terra we’re right by side answering all our questions, helping us find trades to get everything done that we needed to make sure the property we found could a accommodate multiple homes down the road, and made we always stuck to our timeline. Our home purchase was also in the rural outskirts (hour + from town one way) and I never had to worry about Hayden not showing to appointments on our behalf which lifted a huge burden off our chest and every bit of paperwork/appt was perfectly scheduled and not a single thing was missed with Tessa doing her thing in the background. I highly recommend using Blackstone & Company for future buying/selling needs cause they’re on the ball every step of the way and they’re a complete pleasure to work with.
