If you desire a truly collaborative process that is creative and open then you would do well to use Bruce. Our experience was unusual as we were not living in the area during the build. We shared our vision for what he hoped the experience would bring us. It's amazing to me that someone can translate a vision into actual concrete and wood and an actual living structure. he did that. on a practical level we appreciated his involvement in the small details. he was accountable and initiated many ideas on his own that connected with our vision perfectly. Let's not kid ourselves, this is a huge financial decision and nerve wracking. Bruce is trustworthy which may be the most important statement of all.
