We worked with Gary on our new home build and can't recommend him enough. He was truly a godsend for us as we began the monumental challenge of a build without a general contractor. He provided us with his reservoir of construction knowledge on a regular basis. He prepared a schedule for us at each phase and communicated with, directed and coordinated our sub-contractors to keep our project moving forward. He made himself available to us at any time - even when he went away on vacation, he continued to check in on our project. He was truly invaluable for us and we highly recommend him!

Gary helped me as a consultant on my three bathroom remolding project in which I had already hired a contractor. He was amazing and so helpful. My bathrooms would not have turned out as perfectly as they did, if not for him. There were at least three major mistakes that he helped me avoid because of his knowledge and expertise. He helped me analyze change orders for unforeseen issues, helped line up tile grout lines perfectly, and he inspected the workmanship every step of the way. Because he did that we found several other interior issues I would never have known about. I highly recommend Gary and will use him on all my future projects.
