Billy worked with us over the course of a year to help us find the perfect first home at the best time possible. If Billy was not available to show us a house, he would find someone on his team to show us a listing that worked around our crazy schedules. During the buying process last year, Billy and his team showed us over thirty listings and helped us send around ten different purchase offers. Ultimately, we took some time off from looking to buy, and ended up renting. Billy stayed in contact with us continuously over the course of last year and when it came time to resume the process this year, Billy stepped right back in without missing a beat. After handling the preapproval process, Billy showed us a great property, had an offer drafted and sent in, and we were under contract within hours of the offer being submitted. Everything else after going under contract was seamless as well, from the home inspection to the closing day. Billy right by our side and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He had very helpful insights on market value, neighborhood safety, and even potential issues with the houses we walked through. Billy was with us from the initial dream of homeownership, to our closing day, and stays in contact with market insights to let us know our home value and other useful information.
