We are having construction done on Lyndale in Tulare and with the rain we have had in was a muddy mess. These guys have worked and had gravel hauled in. All of the employees are very nice and informative as to what they are doing. Very much appreciate their hard work.

Very inconsiderate of the residents that live where the construction is. They don't care that we have not received trash service or mail and 2 weeks and when we're asking them to make a change so we can receive our services they refuse to. They do not clean up after their self their lunch trash as well is there plastic from there pallets are all over our fence line. I have videos and pictures of anyone who dont believe.
