Bill Coats at Keller Williams Realty was great to work with. He went over and above in regards to being available and answering questions in a timely manner. He provided names and phone numbers for available utilities for our new home. He offered to take us out in his boat to get familiar with Lake Wedowee when we get settle in. Bill was very helpful with scheduling contractors for a few minor repairs. Overall great experience working with Bill and Keller Williams Realty.

Bill Coats is absolutely amazing! He worked with us to find the perfect property for our family. He took his time to take us out on his boat (several times) to see properties from the lake.
