Martha did an excellent job helping us prepare our home for sale, good advise was given for presenting the house, exceptional photos were used for the list and flyers, she was very proactive with open houses and there was a lot of interest generated at these. She and Zack were right on with a listing price suggestion. We greatly valued their thought as we considered offers.
The house was under contract only 8 days after listing in January, a slower time of year.

Zac was everything we were looking for in a real estate agent and more. When faced with the overwhelming task of relocating our family across the country (in the middle of a pandemic), Zac stepped in to help us navigate all the factors one must consider when choosing where to live. Once we settled on the area, Zac kept us continually informed of everything in our price range and was our “boots on the ground” to quickly check out properties and perform video walk throughs for us. He was very attuned to our needs and willing to listen to all of our concerns during the house buying process. There were lots of big decisions to make a long the way, and Zac was very good at offering his opinion and advice without making us feel pressured - he really had our best interest in mind. We were buying in a very competitive housing market, and Zac’s responsiveness, dependability and ability to make things happen quickly (able to get an inspector out in a moment’s notice) all helped us to get under contract. Zac’s work didn’t stop at our house closing either. He went out of his way to make sure our transition to home ownership went smoothly by helping us with utilities, sharing contacts for recommended contractors and checking on our house for us before we had officially moved in. It was truly a pleasure to work with Zac to find our family’s new home, and we gained a friend along the way!
