I dont stay here but friends do, so I keep visiting them from time to time. It is a very well maintained society. However they are dependant on tankers perpetually for water supply.. and lift wont work if it is raining..imagine if you are on 22nd floor ?

So good awesome vibe?
People are here friendly they don't distrub unless u do.
Kind of high rent if ur tenant ? owner should think about tenants ?
Management is great they are handling perfectly ?
security is good and safe ? little decipline they need ☺️

Avoid Nikoo homes 1 ..Other than emnities and stray dogs ..waterfalls in lifts and parking lot are common during mansoon. Construction quality is bad .Looks like they are not even cleaning the common floors and walls. Lifts are rusted already.Borken walls and noise from lifts are common here in Nikoo 1. But Nikoo Homes 2 is exception. Where you can experience quality life ( 2 gyms at open 33rd floor ) larger LuLu super Maket , backery and two swimming pools and emnities at 33rd floor and skywalk ..where you can experience panorama views of Bangalore.

Society has all the amenities whether it be sports of any kind... Grocery buying,... Pharmacy... School... Gymnasium.. You name it... Ambience is good.. Overall a very good plece to live.... Public transportation is a problem though
