Me and my wife used exit realty to buy our first home. They were fantastic, the whole way through. They constantly went above and beyond to help us buy our home. They also have a very knowledgeable staff, that made the whole process very pleasant. I also have dealt with the property management staff personally. After living five very happy years in Byron, Georgia, while my husband was stationed at Robins AFB, we decided to keep our home as a rental property when we got orders to another state. Five years later our renters moved out. We decided long-distance property management simply wasn't our thing, and decided to sell the house. On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Exit Success Realty, who put us in touch with Melissa Strickland as our agent. Little did any of us know about the neglect and damage our renters had done to our property, and unfortunately, Melissa got way more than she bargained for!

Living long-distance, it was much more difficult for us to get the home ready to list. Without Melissa and her constant help, it would have been near impossible. Without complaint, she served as a coordinator and contact person for all the contractors, cleaning companies, and landscape people that had to come in and do work on our house. She kept us up to date on progress, and served as a cheerleader of sorts when we were discouraged about the work that had to be done. Once finished and show-ready, it took her no time at all to line up showings and prospective buyers. We received more than one offer, and once we accepted one, the closing went off --- again, we were long distance --- without any problems whatsoever.

Melissa was prompt and reliable in her contact with us. She was trustworthy about the work that was done and my husband and I felt immense relief to know we had someone "on our side" during this whole process. While selling a home long-distance at any time can be complicated, and having work done on a home long-distance is also difficult, it was a HUGE help to us to have her working with us.

We would not hesitate to use Melissa again in any real estate transaction ......

Never did inspections during my stay or my final one when I left. After I left I went by the home once a week to try and clean what I could on the outside due to kids dragging my trash all over the yard. Moved out with piles of termites and was told I wasn't getting my deposit back because there was too much cleaning that had to be done. Complete lie to my face being that I was the one be going by the house and cleaning what I could and you could see in the home that no one ever cleaned at all when I left. Termites that I had swept in a pile were still there even 3months after I moved. Kept calling and was told someone would get back to me but never did. Pretty sure they didn't pay someone all of my deposit to clean. On top of that I was stupid enough to replace the master bedroom carpet thinking I would at least get my partial deposit back. Mind you the house wasn't clean when I moved in. Rat poop in the kitchen drawers, dead flies in the windows, termites infesting the bathroom, and poorly painted over holes in the wall. Lesson learned: Take pictures before you move in!

I’ve had personal experience with Exit Realty and the property management service over the past three years. I can honestly say that I have seen them routinely go above and beyond for the customers. Without a doubt, the effort given to customers/clients exceeds that of other similar services locally. I swear every time I go into the office I laugh more than normal. What a great team composition!

We are currently stationed overseas exit realty has managed our property for the past 2 years & it has truly been a nightmare ! No one ever answers the phone & rarely answers emails, very unprofessional ! We had a bill for a heating unit & were told a new part was installed to find out used parts were being used after we sent our own heating & air guy over . We had to fly back to the states to find a new realtor & speak with our tenants who were very unhappy with the company also . Our tenants were without heat for days in the middle of Georgia's cold streak of weather they also couldn't reach anyone in the company by phone only through text messaging.This has been an horrible experience & so many lies have been told to us ! Its very unnerving that we trusted this company to take care of our house but everything went down hill as soon as the realtor we originally hired left the company!

The Worst Experience EVER! Very Rude, Unprofessional People... Applied for an apartment they posted on Zillow the day after they had posted it... My Husbsnd and I went and seen the apartment! We waited a week to finally here we didn't get the apartment! They rented the apartment from up under us after we paid $100 application fee! No one ever returned our calls or called us back! Worst experience of my life!
