He has in-depth knowledge about San Diego neighborhoods and vast real estate experience in general.
He is always a text or phone call away, even on weekends and vacation days. He stays on top of each step in home buying process like getting offers accepted, inspections, getting required estimates, negotiating seller credits, closing etc which has made the whole process so seamless and easy for us.
We were looking for a fixer-upper for a good deal and making the updates ourselves, he helped us achieve exactly that. Bern’s recommendations and suggestions on home repairs/updates and contractors have been invaluable for us.
