Working with Dallin Quinn to sell our home and buy a new one was so awesome! Dallin Quinn did a great job. He listened to us and what we wanted and were able to do to create a great strategy for getting our house sold. He updated us weekly with a new idea to add or change as the market adjusted. The process went smoothly and quickly. He went above and beyond what a realtor should do as we moved out and transitioned the house to being empty. We got a great offer on our house but he didn't push us to accept. He was always available for showings and questions.

I had been looking for the perfect mountain home for about 18 months when I met Dallin. During the course of my search I met a lot of Park City/Deer Valley’s broker community. Dallin struck me as very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. I asked him to represent me and within a few days we were under offer on my dream home.

Dallin is an exceptional real estate professional. Knowledgeable, patient and a good but reasonable negotiator. To say he has gone the extra mile would be an understatement. His work ethic is extraordinary. He not only found and got me into a home he connected me up with an excellent interior designer and helped me sort out a plethora of teething issues associated with buying the very first new home in a brand new community (Skyridge). He took us through the house via FaceTime and even coordinated to take our parents through the house. He negotiated us a great deal and made sure all our bases were covered.
