Okay, now THIS company has the most wonderful agent I have worked with thus far. I'd really like to mention Ruth Horst, who has been a GODSEND. Despite informing her that I was in another country at the moment, and am a first time home/land buyer as well, she did NOT balk at the challenge at all. Instead, she was so super open and incredibly honest with a parcel that I was interested in, and even offered to help me keep an eye open for properties that I might be interested in. She was again, incredible. Super informative and knowlegable, she was courteous, excited, and fun to talk to. She didn't talk down to me in the slightest, and helped me understand quite a lot of what to do as a first time land buyer. I hands down would love to purchase land from Ruth, as she is an absolute treasure to work with.
