Incredibly disappointing. I was about to move into a flat and the landlord breached the contract last minute meaning we could not move in. We was offered an alternative flat 3 miles outside the city with no access to public transport. Another flat was offered in the same building which we agreed upon but were told the next day that this had been agreed to be let to someone else. After 3 unsuccessful attempts of getting a flat with Berkley Shaw we gave up. We have found a new place but Berkeley Shaw still haunts us. They decided to register an account in my name with the energy supplier of the first flat in which the landlord pulled out meaning any bills we want to register in the new flat with Liverpool Alive (They are brilliant) we are unable to set up. Not only have we had mental stress from being played around in the flat hunt just days before we were supposed to move in, this has escalated to affect my credit score with bills in a flat we have never moved into. It has been terribly disappointing on all ends and I can not recommend anyone to go through the same as we did and most unfortunately still are.

Answer upon your reply:

Incorrect I was selected by the landlord to move in but your precious landlords pulled out breaching the contract full stop. It is incredibly frustrating to see who ever replied on here is not communicating with the team that caused the issue. Rather than resolving this and taking this as feedback I get a passive aggressive response.

I find it incredibly rude to assume the issue when you clearly lack an internal reasoning and just assume. Just showcases what sort of people work in these places e.g take no feedback, assume things about customers of YOUR landlords and the worst of all you don’t even communicate the problem internally but to be honest that is your issue.
