I was pleased at how easily and well the whole house buying experience was. I know that there were cash offers for the home I wanted but Bennie Clay was able to offer suggestions to improve our chances and it was our offer that was accepted. Me and my wife were thrilled. Bennie is one of the best in the business! Always available and very professional. Bennie showed me many houses at the drop of a dime. Bennie kept telling me that my dream house will come and when it does he will get me in contract. There were many homes we looked at and I liked but Bennie was honest and told me this isn’t the one. He was right! Communication and honesty between one another is key! Well the perfect home came up for sale and he did it. He did it against 4 other offers which were conventional loan offers and an investor offer. My FHA got the deal. His partner Griffin was also very available and reliable and they both worked their butts off to find me and my two boys our forever home! With them the home buying experience was enjoyable. This is the 5th time working with Bennie and it seems to get better each time. Not only is he my realtor but a friend. His reputation in the industry really helped and agents love working with him. Bennie and Griffin are great agents and even better humans! Thanks you boys!!
