Potential Buyers BEWARE. On June 3rd an unlicensed individual provided a sellers consultation without telling us he didn’t have his license. He brought in another individual a month later claiming the new agent was learning from him and was a face only. The original agent claimed to be a contractor as well as a realtor. When the first offer for the home we were selling happened they didn’t want to accept! The house was listed at 735 the offer for 700 and they countered with 742 going directly against our wishes! When we finally sold it was for 600 leading to a 100K loss! As if that wasn’t enough, they both walked the house we were buying and said they would look over the contract but failed to miss the main gas tank that powers the heat and hot water. It went out during the January snow storm while being LEASED TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER leaving my family without heat and hot water for 20 days! Furthermore, when we tried to be aggressive in negotiating the purchase price on our new home they fought us! They are frauds and now they’ve hired a lawyer in Fredericksburg (where any litigation would be) to use back channels to subvert the legal system! THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Save your money and do not go with frauds

We were told our offer was being accepted only to see the home status change on the public realty sites, reflecting the acceptanceof a different offer. When our agent called, emailed and text to confirmed, she never received a reply. Seller is entitled to take whatever offer she chooses of course, but a courtesy call or response by the agent should have been made. And this boilerplate reply confirms our unprofessional experience.

REVIEWS ARE NOT ENOUGH. If you are here with a negative experience regarding this company do not just leave a review! File a complaint with the Virginia Real Estate Board! I can't place the link because google flags it! Check their Yelp reviews for where to submit information about your experience.
We are actively gathering information of wrongdoing, fraud, shady business practices, and a clear pattern of misrepresentation. If you are buying a home, they will do what is best for the seller. If you are selling, they will do what is best for the buyer. Anything to ensure the best commission. Their license expires in a little over a year. We can strike at the most auspicious time. Throughout the process they failed to follow instructions. On top of fumbling the best deal, they didn't want to negotiate a fair price after the home inspection. My husband put together an entire spreadsheet detailing the repairs and the cost of repairs just to get them to go along with submitting a lower offer. They had us sign a contract that was wrong, and the lead agent WAS NOT EVEN LICENSED. THIS IS FRAUD. DO NOT STOP AT REVIEWS. ESCALATE SYSTEMATICALLY. When litigation comes there will be massive support!

We enlisted the help of Dwayne Taylor, a Real Estate Broker, with the Bennett Realty Solutions. While he was expensive, 3% of the home's purchase price and $699.00 in commission. We thought this would have brought a certain amount of quality to the work performed, but we were wrong.

In the last dealing we had with Dwayne, our lender informed him of certain criteria that would need to be met in order for the deal to go through. After coming back from the negotiation table, Dwayne not only failed to meet those criteria, but also managed to forfeit $30,000 in exchange for a washer and dryer. He then proceeded to inform us that this would be the best deal we could image, and a direct quote from his email titled “The Art of Negotiation,” reads “I'm particularly aware of your desire to close at an 80% LTV position with 20% down, thereby avoiding the dreaded PMI monthly fee. Makes perfect fiscal sense. But see that goal is inconsequential in the Seller's mind.“

The only thing comparable to working with Dwayne is signing up for a timeshare presentation. As a result, we would advise again working with Dwayne or Bennett Realty Solutions.

Was paired with an agent out of this office and although they were responsive and communicated regularly during the purchase process I was disappointed that they did not fight for or negotiate any concessions given the condition of the home. My purchase price should have been lower and the agent should have worked to ensure it was indeed move in ready. I’ve had to spend thousands of dollars to get the home updated. Some of the contractors have even questioned why the work I hired them to perform was not deducted from the purchase price or negotiated with the purchase. I would not recommend.

Miss Bennett, needs to find a new profession. Due to the effects of Covid, being laid off in addition to having a baby and starting a new job my credit took a hit, however I earn $26k per month after taxes. This agent rejected my app which is perfectly fine but her response to me was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and had nothing to do with the property. But instead she responded: “You make over $25k/ month but have credit issues? Something is off.” Any confusion she may have had with my application could have been discussed but she chose a discriminatory approach based on her inability to understand. I do not recommend and will be reporting to the real estate commission.

Let me tell you! Rachelle Hough is one of the most amazing and understanding agents that I have worked with in my 25 years of title. We had a very difficult file and she was so hands on. Rachelle went above and beyond in all that she did. Anyone that chooses her as their agent, is going to get the white glove experience. She is such a blessing!

Me and my husband our kids went to closing on March 15, wasn’t giving the paper to Call about the utilities until the day after we went to closing, how could you end up in your new home and your electric gets turned off due to the previous owners had a high balance, and we wasn’t told by Donna the realtor and Ms. Alicia that previous owner had a high balance, so we sit in our new home with no utilities, freezing cold we try to text Ms.Alicia she never text us back until Monday March 20 Our food went bad, we asked them to reimburse us for our food. I spoke with Mr. White and told him what happened from Bennett solution. He said he didn’t hear about it and that it shouldn’t never happen and he was going to get back with me. I haven’t heard from him yet.That’s Crazy I would never recommend nobody to go to them!!!!!!
