Fernando was professional and friendly. He was transparent on options for dealing with our failing water heater and helped us out with some price negotiating. Fernando was highly professional. He evaluated both the installation of our Reverse Osmosis system and some issues with our toilet, and made some very thoughtful recommendation on how to approach both. He came to our house a few days later and completed both. We had a small issue following the installation of a flow valve for our toilet and he was incredibly responsive when we reached back out to make sure that was resolved

Fernando was on time and completed all the work asked in the time allotted. He worked meticulously and carefully throughout my home and took extra care around my walls and floors. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. He inspected my fixtures for free and gave me nice recommendations. After he completed his work, he wasn’t satisfied and came back the next day to do touch ups which I felt went above and beyond my expectations. It’s hard to find a reliable plumber these days, Fernando is my go-to!

Really happy with my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Scheduling was fast and easy, they were able to fix my gas line issue quickly and re-seat our toilet all within a little more than an hour, and reasonably priced. Joseph was professional and knowledgeable, and even taught me a lot along the way. Will definitely keep them on my short list of local plumbers for next time!

These folks did a great job at a very reasonable cost. Fernando was Top Notch! Another plumbing company quoted almost $1,600. These folks got the job done for 1/3 of that cost. Highly recommend.

My hot water heater crapped the bed on New Years morning so I called Benjamin Franklin and Fernando and team came out ASAP the next day and converted our house to a tankless hot water system so that we were only without hot water for 24hrs. They gave me quotes and explained my different options and worked into the evening to complete the job that day. The next day I had an issue with the system and they came right back out when I called them and again worked hard to find the problem and fix it. They have been quick to respond, easy to work with and to talk to, and eager to please us and to make sure that we're happy with their service. I would highly recommend giving them a call when you need service.
