They make more excuses than the do work. Started my project on 12/31/25 as of 02/21/25 have worked 38hrs on my project. 8 by 10 exterior wall repair
Disrespected my self and my daughter in attempts at getting even a work schedule. Still not complete or given a complition date as of 02/21/25
Then they will tell you about how the “scope” of the work they provide IE estimates was undervalued so they have to submit a supplementary request to the insurance company before they can continue
They literally put the “Con “ in contractor

Our business had a break-in and needed a board-up. I called Belfor at 5:51A and door was boarded up by 7:50A. Amazing response and professionalism by Jeremy. Will definitely use them again...hopefully not for another break-in...

No option to leave 0 stars. Belfor sent out a disrespectful know it all who, come to find out, knew nothing. Total of 12” tall of Sheetrock by approximately 40’, two doors, baseboard, and a toilet they broke. It took them 8.5 weeks to do this work. When Gary was questioned on why it was taking so long he was disrespectful to my wife. When I personally went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and found the “special order” doors he ordered wrong in stock, he stopped responding. The quote had charges for work they did not do, the painter showed up in sandals and torn up shorts, the paint is a different finish than the existing so I have a glossy section 2” wide. We called the office and gary was removed from the job due to his lack of ability. Eddie took over and got the work done in 5 days. Eddie was great to deal with, too bad it took them 8 weeks to figure it out. HIGHLY recommend you find someone else if you want the work done in a timely manner and don’t want it to look like your friend who is handy did the job. Absolute joke of a company. Used the wrong finish on the cabinet so the kicker doesn’t match. Put the new door trim in a different spot so it didn’t cover the lack of texture. Didn’t caulk the toilet to the floor until I brought it up. See pictures below for their “quality”

Belfor was the company sent out by my insurance company for flood damage in my home. All of their workers were great, and my project manager was absolutely amazing. Loved her! The only complaints I have were that I didn't care for some of their subcontractors (not Belfor's fault), and my son's expensive gaming chair was damaged in storage (that their workers packed) and they wouldn't help me. 4, maybe even 5 stars, had the chair issue been resolved.

They started off acting like they are really there to help you, will turn on you quickly and try to take advantage of you. Be careful!
So happy that over three people at my office asked about Belfor and went with my decision of what they did to our family and others, they decided not to use them. People that already suffered a tragic accident in their lives with their home should not be taken advantage of.

Belfor did an absolutely wonderful job in replacing the carpet throughout this building. All of their work was accomplished very diligently and carefully. All of their staff members were very thoughtful, caring, and kind.
