Bedrock has been fabulous. Even though I had an unusual circumstance and was nervous about doing purchasing of properties out of state, Anthony was very diligent in teaching me how the process worked. I need to see and hear things many times before it sinks in and both Anthony and Jeremy have been very patient and hard working on my behalf. They have kept an eye on both properties I have purchased to make sure all is being handled properly and contact me if there is ever a need. The properties they helped me find and purchase have done wonderfully. They are honest and thorough in all the details of their company. I would recommend anyone to use them. To Preface this review and given the complexity of my particular Real Estate Transaction, nothing short of extraordinary would fit my circumstance. Jeremy, as CEO, and his partner Anthony, Head of Acquisitions for Bedrock Investments went to the nth degree in seeing that my 1031 steps and stages were successfully executed. Putting in place my 'moving pieces' has been a true test of tenacity for all parties. Jeremy and Anthony have broken the mold and record in my opinion, of having attained a conclusion wherein requirements were satisfied as specified standards of a 1031 under Exchange. Also taking into consideration the planning steps months in advance to achieve an end result, which Bedrock can claim as significant and strategic within their business profit objective.
My outcome is a significant expansion to Real Estate Portfolio and income stream commensurate with an investment model of a % return projected and proving to be over set standards typically viewed.
