I moved into a house that I rented from beaver creek realty a few years ago, the house was in terrible shape at the time(cockroaches in drawers, plexiglass windows, hole through one window, no blinds, mold in one of the bathtubs). I paid a 1400$ deposit, they fixed the windows and remodeled the bathroom, I put up blinds and cleaned the house thoroughly before moving in and when moving out. Left house in better shape then it was in. After doing a walkthrough at the time of move out I was told I would be getting some of my deposit back in the mail only to get a letter from them trying to charge me more money. If you rent from them make sure to get lots of pictures of the place when you move in as proof.

We bought a travel trailer from the lady at beavercreek realty it's full of mold my mom almost died they won't even return our phone calls had a handyman out the trailer is not livable or repairable this is the kind of people you will be dealing with I wouldn't use this company and Deborah Riley doesn't even care and this is her company
