Had been looking for a few months for a place to rent and finally found one suitable but it fell through with another agent saying his colleague had already let it out. I looked at the same property with a different agent and met Alan who met me on time (I was early but he was earlier!). Alan was superb. Good knowledge and no misleading information! Was shown the property and within a day got the place secured. he was so responsive and professional throughout the process answering my many queries instantly which left me reassured of how reliable the agency is.
