I have known Tom and Ralph for over 15 years and have been impressed by their professionalism. They do their very best to maintain their properties. Lobbies are clean and inviting. Lawns are manicured, shrubs clipped and flowers watered. Buildings are kept up and when repairs are needed, they are done in a timely manner.

Currently a resident where Bay West is apparently looking after the community. After my roommate and I sent off application for residents permits for our vehicles we waited over 9 weeks and have not received any, nor have we received any explanation as to why we have not received them. Phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. I myself ended up with a parking ticket note with absolutely no explanation as to why I received it. I have been parking in the same spot in the same fashion since I moved in. Given the fact I received no explanation I had to ring to inquire, I left NINETEEN, yes NINETEEN unreturned voicemails, all of which were made during opening hours. The "emergency" hours service was exceptionally unhelpful as they knew little and less of the issue at hand, the operator was not even aware of my address. One inspector left his card on a Sunday evening at my van with a polite instruction to "call me please" utter pointless considering they refuse to answer. Voicemails all with details simply went ignored. They clearly have no interest in returning calls and helping residents.
