Paul and Jeff, The electrical team for Bay crawlspace foundation repair did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional, and effective. When we suggested a change to how they were going to install the electrical system for a sump pump in front of our house, they were happy to work with us and improved on our idea, resulting in an installation, that was better than any of us had expected. The rest of the team – Travis, Jordan, Tyler, Scott , and Josh were equally great: smart, quick, and professional. They worked well with each other and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. These are good Folks, and they know what they’re doing. If you need crawlspace or foundation repairs, we recommend them highly.

My husband and I recently purchased a new home and were interested in planning for improvements to the basement/crawlspace as we live in a flood zone. I had several companies come out and look at the space, and Bay Crawl Space was easily the best experience I had. David was very knowledgable and great at making reasonable recommendations for my crawl space and basement. He discussed multiple options with me and was candid about price, giving me his honest, practical opinion that fit within what we were looking for. Their pricing structure was easy to follow/compare and the quote was reasonably priced, if not a little lower than other companies I spoke with.

There was a 6 week delay between inspection and installation of our new sump pump, but this wasn't an emergency, so we didn't mind the wait. However, once scheduled, I received several calls with great communication and payments were easily made online. When the time came for installation Matt and Sharron arrived on time, answered all of my questions/concerns and did a fantastic job installing our new sump pump. Two days later the electrical team Adrian and Paul also came on time and did quick work installing the outlet and lights around the sump pump. They even took a look at our electrical panel and answered some questions for me unrelated to the job. All members of this team were communicative, respectful, and great to work with. They left our basement clean and the installation looks really professional. It has been working well with the heavy rains we have recently been experiencing and I would recommend all of the members of this team if you have any concerns about your crawl space/basement. They have all really helped give me peace of mind and I will use them again if we have any other concerns Crawl Space or basement concerns.

I went with Bay Crawlspace Space Foundation Repair to do my crawlspace from the time the sales advisor entered my house. I felt a warm and fuzzy. Beau McLaughlin had the best price answered all of our questions made us feel confident in the decision that we were making. He had great customer service. He explained everything what to expect and then the team came to do the crawlspace Travis, Jordan, Ray and James L These men were so friendly and so knowledgeable of what they were doing, gave me and my family great customer service the whole time they were here. They were on time to do the job and they finished on time with excellent results. The electricians that came to do the lighting in the crawlspace Paul and Adrian Were great it took them no time to do the electrical work and everything looks great in my crawlspace now. Every. I've come to trust Bay with any foundation and crawlspace issues that I have more and more. Last year I was having issues with creaking floors and other issues in my crawlspace. Through Bay employees I found the cause was moisture damaging the flooring, etc. The solution to keeping the joists and flooring dry was to fully encapsulate my crawl space and install a pump and humidifier to keep the crawl space dry. It works great until it needs the filters cleaned and the unit needs serviced. This I had done recently and was very pleased with Chris A. 's and Vinny’s work to service and clean the system. They were very well mannered and polite, restored my system in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess they made. They even sent me a digital photo showing what they did. I’m very pleased with Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair and plan to employ them again for another property I own in the future. Thanks again Chris A and Vinny. Job well done!

We bought our home in April and a month in we felt something was wrong in July we were able to have bay crawl space come out since I seen posters on the highway. They were super profecional the guys that came to do the insulation removal, fungo treatment, and installation, Adían, Marquay, and Rashaan were super polite and professional and informative we appreciated that since there was days we weren’t home. They did an amazing job in general. We were told this had a transferable lifetime warranty and a 6 month check up and that is super good to know. Also big shout out to call center they were so amazing, in general their costumer service aid amazing and their work looks good too.

Today, my encapsulated crawl space was completed. Nate, Michael Gregg, Tampas Wright and Austin did an excellent job! Customer service was outstanding, but most of all the cleanup was amazing, it didn’t look like a construction job had even taken place.
