This company just hops fences without permission. Their truck was 3 houses down and they hopped my fence then my neighbors. Never asked for permission. I didn't know surveying someone else's property gives them the right to go wherever they want. And the office could care less. Be careful who you use.

I do not know where to begin as to how awesome Bates and Associates have been in helping us with a Surveying our property. But it did not stop there. We had to have a lot of T's crossed and I's dotted by the county and our lender. Andy rescued us at every turn. Bates went above and beyond not to mention the most detailed topo anyone has seen in the past. Its hard to find people that are as professional and caring about your project. If I could I would climb all the water towers in this county and shout there name. You will never regret hiring Bates for any surveying work you will ever need.

Very pleased with the topo survey done by Bates and Associates for a challenging commercial drainage project. Today, Jose provided service one year "after the sale" by printing additional copies of the topo survey for contractors. AND Jose researched a property line issue and printed documentation to share with the adjacent property owner. Equally professional and easy to work with on smaller projects. Not enough surveyors in NWA. These surveyors charge too much and have rudely said, we dont need your business, wait on us. Second interaction took weeks and still dont have a copy of my survey, construction on hold. I replied to the email in owners response below, twice, says email undeliverable.
