We recently moved from Ohio to Andalusia, AL. We used Keron Kyzar from the Bass Agency as our realtor. We were unfamiliar with the area, and we were buying our house sight unseen. Keron was incredible. She guided us through every step of the way. She did FaceTime tours on the weekends to accommodate our schedules. She answered the phone every time we called, answered all our questions, and made the move down here as smooth and seamless as possible.

She provided us with the names and numbers of all the utility companies, school enrollment information, and she even came over to collect our packages and supervised our internet installation prior to our arrival.

After having a “self checkout” experience with our realtor in Ohio, our experience with Keron was redeeming and refreshing to our moving experience. She provided us exceptional service with patience and kindness. And we felt like we not only came out of our home buying experience with an amazing realtor, but also an amazing friend.

We can not recommend Keron enough. Thank you for everything!

Tripp Bass was our Realtor in 2020 involving the sale of our house on Sanford Road in Andalusia. He was in every way, friendly, professional, courteous, and responsive. Amanda was my realtor with Bass Agency and she is amazing! I went into the office and told her I was moving from Florida and looking to purchase a house in the Andalusia/Gantt area and she got right on it! Matter of fact we left the office then and went to look at a house. She stayed in contact with me and would schedule showings when I would be in town.
