Baron sent a tech guy, Chris I believe. He arrived in a few minutes. Chris was pleasant, walked around with a wheel for the area of my home. He went into the crawl space. We discussed 2 options. He told me the plan would be emailed next day, tomorrow. I'll make decision then and get back with them then. Amazed at how quickly he arrived after my call. I'm looking forward to working with Baron pest control services. Their name carries a lot weight in this area. I only ever see positive reviews from several sites regarding this company

came home from vacation to find that carpenter ants invaded my living room! i called early in the morning and the lady on the phone was super nice, got my info and there was a tech ( Chris ) out within half an hour. he was really nice! he was able to identify where the ants were coming in from and he was very helpful and quick with the service.

we ended up signing up for the monthly summer services. great price for monthly outdoor treatment with the option of calling in and getting something taken care of inside too, at no extra cost.

The service tech was great. Jason was on time and professional. He me made feel at ease knowing the job was going to get done correct and in a timely manner. I had my first service from Baron done today at my residence. The service guy greeted me, he was very professional and very nice. He explained to me what he would be doing for my service. He answered my questions and took time to explain things to me. He did a very extensive job for my first service and spent time in the exact areas I was having problems, along with the regular service of the residence.

I have four very hyper dogs and they are barkers. He was very patient to wait for me to move them into the room to get them settled. Which is something I really do appreciate.

From the very first interaction of booking my service. To going back and forth by email with the lady at the office, so she could get a thorough idea of all that I needed.
