Terrible Company to hire for anything. BFG was hired in July 2023 to survey and record land owned in King George, VA. The required money was paid to BFG (half of project cost) to get the project completed. Time was of the essence. Weeks and months passed and BFG never completed the job. Not only did they not complete the job as contracted, they have not contacted us to this very day. No updates, after repeated calls and emails for the status of the project and proposed completion date. I even visited BFG's office to get an update, to be received with an aloof vibe. After months passed with no response from BFG, a alternate survey company was hired who completed the survey of the land and recorded it with King George VA Land Records with no difficulty. Refund my money.
PUBLIC WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Bagby, Foroughi and Goodpasture, PLLC is UNSCRUPULOUS. You've been warned.

Bagby, Foroughi and Goodpasture is a group of professionals who know how to get the job done. We could not be more pleased with the work we had done by them. Their engineers (particularly Angela and Ryan, whom we worked with) are smart, talented and responsive. We had a great experience with them designing our site plan and doing our surveying and plat work. Their surveyors are polite, respectful and good at what they do. BFG is a highly skilled, professional firm who gets the job done, no matter the complexity. I have had the distinct pleasure of working with them for many years, mostly with Ryan and Angela (Foroughi), and mostly with projects in Stafford County though they do work all over the northern VA, Fredericksburg, and Richmond region. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly customer focused. They are THE only engineering or surveying firm to use in Fredericksburg (and beyond!)

This company is awesome! So glad my wife and I were led to them for our survey needs. Mrs Angela Foroughi took time out on several occasions to speak to us and explain processes and what was best to suit our needs. Great communications. The survey crew was quick and did a great job marking out our property lines. Best survey company in the Fredericksburg area! You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely horrible service! Scheduled and signed a contract for the 2 days they would be at my property, they decide to just not show up or call me on the first day. Showed up for an hour on the second day. 2 days scheduled yet it took 2 weeks to get my property surveyed and here I am 2 weeks AFTER the survey was done waiting for my drainfield sketch. Manager of the survey department could not care less that they wasted my time, and actually chuckled about receiving my voicemail but he was out to lunch. I do not recommend this company

I highly recommend BFG to anyone needing high quality engineering services. We recently used them to do our residential site plan & drain field design. We have been working with Bagby, Foroughi and Goodpasture for over 2 years now. Most of our work has been centered around King George County and the greater Fredericksburg area. We have mostly worked with Ryan Foroughi and Angela Foroughi. Ryan is a creative, responsive, great engineer who is willing to spitball ideas into the evening hours and on weekends. He takes customer service very seriously. He responds when we need something ASAP. Angela has great experience with localities as she used to work for one and contracted for another, and also with Virginia Department of Transportation. Because of her know-how and inner knowledge of the process, she is able to help navigate through regulatory requirements (often, one of the most difficult aspects, in my opinion). Overall, BFG is a fantastic company who gets it done!
