They did great with helping us and replacing our AC unit a couple years ago but since then, something has changed and the customer service and quality are gone. I called to have them service our second unit that went out and for 2 weeks they told me Joe was trying to find time to come by. Eventually after 2 weeks I called and asked if I should just go elsewhere and magically they had an opening at 9am the next day. Well, by 9:30 Joe still didn't show so I called for an update to which Jayden said he had left the office 15-20 minutes before my call. If you know Winslow you know it takes about 5-10 minutes maximum to get any where in town. So I just decided to cancel all business with them. I really hope they get back to their previous work ethics so, if needed, I can continue to support local business.
