Ella went above and beyond as our selling agent. We approached her as she sold one unit of our condo so well last year and we now know why she did so well with that sell. Just follow her advice and your place will sell very well! In our first meeting, she told us what she recommended doing to our place and what not to. We ended up saving money because some renovations that we planned to do she said is not necessary as the new owners may have different taste than us. We had to move out of town and we handed her the property to sell - but the staging and open house went so well that we got 4 offers after only one open house for a weekend. That’s given we are out of state already. And trust what she said really make a difference - staging was expensive but it did worth the money. The photographer was excellent. Also unlike some other selling agents, Ella does all open house herself and make sure she record the information for all potential buyers, and she made sure she gets to know us so she can tell the potential buyers about us too. Communication is smooth and she always make sure she has time for us and checks on things for us. High recommend!
