I am on the HOA board of a 249 unit community. When we needed a construction company to repair the original builder's flaws, we needed someone who could not only do the repairs, but bring us up to code.
I have been through several renovations of my own, but what shocked me was the unwavering honesty and integrity of this company. The owner of the company has met with us, and continues to do this; and he not only personally researches the best solutions for the additional problems we keep throwing at him, but has shown on so many occasions, that he actually cares about the well-being of our residents. An example of this is when we had that big storm this past winter and a dish from the roof blew off, creating a big hole in the roof. There were absolutely no roofers available, yet magically, Axis sent a team out to do this for us! The crew, under Matt and Juan, has been meticulous, gracious, hardworking, and kind. You will find no better place to spend your money, because integrity is not something you can place a dollar value on. It is priceless.
