We worked with Shahnur, Elena, and team on our house in NW DC. Project has been taking its time as we work with the contractor but as we get within a few weeks we are feeling pretty stoked about the expected outcome. Shahnur and Elena worked us through two sets of designs and have supported the construction part with oversight of the contractor's work. One goal was maximizing the allowable footprint without doing violence to the cozy vibe on the street and we think we pulled that off; they kept the exterior charm while adding some modern design touches and the new top floor. Would definitely recommend Axis if you have a similar project in mind.
