Phil Billiet and his team from AVIOR Real Estate are simply THE BEST, bar none. Initially, Phil represented me as a seller of a single family detached home back in 2015. He took such attention to detail in preparation to list my home and provided a lot of great advice. He posted drone overheard videos along with exterior and interior photos. This was back in 2015, so times were different but I received mulitple offers over asking price. I was so happy with Phil that we remained in touch over the years and in May 2024 when I was ready to purchase a second home, as an income producing property, I immediately called Phil. I closed on the purchase of an adorable little house this week, no doubt all because of Phil's hard work. The seller did not have a listing agent/broker so there were challenges from the start but Phil never lost a beat and kept me calm when my patience was waning. Phil is the nicest man but will be a zealous advocate for his client whether you are a buyer or seller. I will always use Phil and his team !

We were delighted from the first introductory meeting with Jessica and Phil, through a one-and-a-half-year period of marketing and leasing to the final sale of our home. Additional post sale service with then was phenomenal.

At the introduction meeting they came fully prepared with a professional presentation and documentation supporting the process going forward to lease our home as well as references for many other properties that they represent. They were patient in helping us understand the steps to preparing the home for marketing and leasing. Further as a full-service firm, they provided all of the pre-lease work necessary to secure solid tenants and the top rental rate.

It was our intention to lease for a year and then offer the house for sale. Better Homes was integral to this strategy and made the transition from lease to sell seamlessly. They provided additional necessary pre-sale work, staged and marketed our home extremely well and secured us a top selling price. Further, Jessica went above and beyond by assisting us in clearing the house of additional personal items and even arranging for car transport from California to Florida.

This would have been more than sufficient, but their services continued post sale with assistance in securing an excellent CPA to help us deal with the capital gains and after a year of inquiry from the Franchise Tax Board, Jessica was still there to assist. By this time, we'd actually moved out of state and she took the initiative on our behalf to personally meet with the Franchise Tax Board to finalize and bring to successful closure our last issue regarding capital gains.

This is a firm that will be with you from start to finish and beyond. They will be responsive to each of your questions and needs in a timely and professional manner.
