Avigna is involved in developing warehouse in hosur, And they still not have handed over the asset to the tenant. Because of this hundreds of investors are losing money.

They have committed on email and have gone back on that , Further more they have got involved in arbitration proceedings which even it comes in favor of investors, we doubt Avigna will honor it.

Really bad experience in dealing with them.

Though the locations of Avigna properties are good, they are filled with issues. Almost zero support from the management once the amount is paid.

Personal experience - Please get all the promises that the sales team makes, documented on Avigna letter head before making the payments. There will be no use of crying over spilt milk.

Nice property. Staffs are responsive. Celeste (existing, well developed) and Happy valley (New one by the side of mountains, impressive scenic view, but no STP planned) layouts are good. These are within the township and internal roads are maintained well.
Mr. Sarathkumar & Mr. Ramesh - Avigna properties gave a great glimpse about the property during my visit. Thanks to them.
Approach road to the site for around 1km needs a revamp. Price is bit high and has to be relooked by Avigna for the facilities and amenities which are in operation. Future Maintanance of this township internal post handover to be ensured.
Overall: Quiet & comfortable place for living.

Good Infrastructure, Nice ambiance, School is inside the Layout, Very good sports club etc.. But there are few concerns, Only Airtel signals available, Govt Cable connection not available, you need to use only Dish, also internet is from SEN Net only.

Properties are very good and well planned. Sales engineer Kumaresan and Ananth are very well explanatory and patient to show all properties as per our need and suggestions.
