Coming to the end of my one year lease and will NOT be renewing. If I could go back in time and lease elsewhere I would. For the past year I have been paying to live in filth. The pet owners here are so irresponsible and simply nasty. I was getting on to the elevator when I watched a lady LETTING her dog pee on the wall in the hallway. She never cleaned it up. Take a look at the pictures I’ve attached. $2600 to see a dirty pool and a neighboring balcony covered in dog feces?
Do not be fooled by the “ pretty lobby “ and the amenities that you will probably never actually use, like I was. All in all, this place does not feel like a home, it feels like I’m stuck in a lease at a Modern designed motel.

If you’re looking to lease here, here are some things I wish I realized before signing :
- The lease is unbreakable. Death doesn’t even break it.
- Pool hours/days are very strict. Can’t swim unless lifeguard is on duty. She constantly leaves the pool.
-Dog owners here are foul. I have seen dog feces and urine in the elevators, halls, entryways, courtyard etc.
-Walls/Floors are thin. I hear every footstep, every door shut, and every word said with a raised voice.
-All apartments face each-other and you can see DIRECTLY into any apartment if you have any blinds open.
-Pool views are only pretty during summer.
-Secured access doors are always unlocked so it is not truly a secured access building.
-Internet is not stable and constantly goes out. You will still be charged.

The biggest mistake this complex ever did was transfer Monique to another complex instead of making her the manager. The first month was great with her. She held residents accountable, she kept things in order, she always put out muffins and treats for us residents in the morning, always went above and beyond for resident events instead of just hosting a lazy bingo game in the lobby, she just knew how to run this show. The moment she left, this place became a Motel 8.

I’ve been living here for about 7 months now and over the past 2 months I’ve noticed positive changes throughout the building. There seems to be more attention to detail, the building is much more clean and organized, and the new property manager seems like she really cares about us residents. I’ve had an issue with my dishwasher that was unresolved since last November, and after one sit down with her, my dishwasher was repaired that same day. They are also starting to have resident events which is nice because I am not from here and don’t know anyone in the building!

Pet friendly, is super hard to find now a days. This place is it! Nice outdoor spaces with picnic tables and grills for when the weather is better. The pool is inviting (even in the middle of winter). Staff are helpful and kind, always ready to assist you. The apartments are cozy and very functional. Im impressed so far!!

6 internet outages within a year.

It’s 2025…… So to the owner and/or management: You’re trying to save a dollar with your bundled internet deal and give residents unreliable service that’s mandatory in our lease. It’s cheap and it’s extremely greedy.

Not trying to compare, but I used to live in a brand new complex fresh off construction back in 2021 that was built with two options for fiber internet. You are filling your pockets by providing a cheap option. And for those of you that don’t live here, the entire building is wired this way for a broadband service. If you were in the military, consider it the same as “Boingo” in the barracks where the convenience was WiFi all across the building, even at the pool, but with poor service.

I do not see many people living here long term because of this requirement to purchase this monthly. You got people working remote, you got families with kids trying to watch TV. We rely on the internet too much these days and this just isn’t it.

And to the person deleting all the negative reviews off Google, you do realize some of us notice right? I gave you a free pass

I've been living here for 7 months now, and I really like the building. The ladies in the office and the maintenance team have always been kind and understanding, and any maintenance requests I've had have been taken care of in a timely manner. There have been some internet issues in the past, and they did take a while to resolve which has been frustrating, but the most recent one was fixed within 24 hours—which is a big improvement from before. My only wish is that people with dogs would be more responsible and clean up after their pets have accidents in the hallways or elevators-- it's nasty and disrespectful. Overall, despite that, I’ve had a positive experience living here.

I have lived here about 3 months now. I absolutely love my apartment. The finishes are aesthetically pleasing and I have had no issues with anything specifically in my apartment to date. Everyone I have encountered so far from the office staff to neighbors have been very pleasant. The only issue that seems to keep happening which I understand can happen with a new building is one of the elevators is constantly out of order. Hopefully, they can get the issue fixed for good soon. Other than that, no complaints. Very happy here...

I’ve had some ups and downs living here and was really on the fence about renewing my lease. In the past, I had a few issues that weren’t getting addressed, which was frustrating. But a few weeks ago, I met with the new property manager, and for the first time I actually feel heard.

I had been dealing with a problem neighbor for months, and despite bringing it up multiple times before, nothing really changed. After speaking with the new manager, she had it handled within 24 hours—super impressive considering how long it had been going on.

I’ve also noticed some improvements around the building, like an extra dog waste station (which definitely helps), new pool sticks, and they finally painted the wall that got messed up from the old ones. It’s small things like this that show they’re paying more attention.

Overall I’m feeling more optimistic about staying here, and I hope they keep up the positive changes.

I've been living here for almost a full year now and although the developer obviously tried to make this a high end property the sadly failed in terms of execution:

-Insanely bad internet. You'll see this from many other reviews. It goes down almost on a monthly basis for several days at a time. To add insult to injury - you can't choose your own provider. You have to use the own they offer and I'm *sure* management / the owners are getting a cut / there is a markup. This is extremely frustrating given that it's not cheap ($70/month) and unreliable.

-Management does not care for the property. Whether this is dog poop littering the dog park, machines in the gym (rowing machine and one of the bikes) that are still unusable a year after this property launched, or unfulfilled maintenance requests, it's clear that they are either understaffed, don't care, have a poor management system, or all three of the above.

-Poorly designed system / constantly switching to new ones. Whether it's the package room access system (have had numerous issues with this stupid app) or the brand new "Bilt" payment system which they just launched, I have had numerous complaints with their systems which nickel and dime us. I had auto-pay setup with their old rent collection system and this didn't transfer over to the new one that they forced me to switch to. As a result, I got a late fee b/c despite having auto-pay setup due to their system change.

In short, I'll be leaving this property in a few months once my lease is up. I don't care how nice the lobby looks, it doesn't matter if management / systems are trash.
