Just over the top happy with the decision to move here (I am in the new Avalon West building) and extra notes of thanks to the gentle and kind professionalism Eleanor and Mya have shown my elderly mother in this process as she acclimates to the building. Beautiful building, wonderful amenities, and have had every question answered promptly.

On top of that, being walkable to Wegman’s, shops, and over a dozen restaurants and a movie theater is an absolute joy when I get home after a long day.

We recently moved in brand new Avalon Hunt Valley West Phase. This place is a gem near to every where. During our process dear Eleanor Zoller-Gritz helped us. She is very kind and nice and friendly. This is our third place in maryland and finally I can call a place Home with her generous help. I am sure we will have a good time here. Thank you Eleanor.

My husband and I lived at Avalon Hunt Valley for 3 years and absolutely loved it there. Tim lead us on our first tour and was there throughout our stay as a super friendly and helpful resource. Whenever we needed maintenance it was carried out quickly and well by Dominick. The apartments are roomy but still cozy and our balcony gave us a beautiful view towards the north. If you are looking in the Hunt Valley area for a convenient and comfortable place to live, I highly recommend you consider Avalon!

I lived here for an year and I loved this place. The community is great good and management is helpful. All maintenance request are looked sooner as requested. The pool is clean and opens in summer days. The apartment is secure and clean. My apartment faced the pet park so I enjoyed great scenery all seasons. The apartment has walking distance groceries and shopping stores so car isn't much required unless you want to go Baltimore. The Hunt Valley town center organizes some events too. Great place! Nice Memories!

Edit: After vacating the apartment in clean conditions, we were asked to pay to replace fridge door and the electric stove top ~$1200 - $1500 (they said it was new and scratch-less before we moved in) which was pointless. Avalon expects you to live in a new apartment and use no appliance as they need everything back in new conditions. Pathetic! If you plan to live here expect to pay nonsense charges in the end when you vacate (I did read similar comments from other people's review, I wish I did took it seriously).

I have lived here about 2 months now. Love the place. It’s quiet where I am at ,and I love having the on site gym and pool. Everything you ever need is within walking distance. Staff and residents are all friendly.
