Avalon Apartments offers an incredible location, with gyms, restaurants, and grocery stores all just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient for daily errands and staying active. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, but what really sets Avalon apart is the amazing staff. Patrick, Maria, Brianna, and Mia are always so friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need. It’s truly a pleasure to live here!

Mia has been extremely helpful with any questions, that I may have in regards to becoming the newest resident of Avalon Property. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to address any concerns that I may have had. It’s truly been a blessing to have worked with her she made my transition go very smoothly. Beautiful apartment building! I moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been a breeze. Brianna has been extremely helpful, kind and detail oriented as I got settled in! She gave me a fantastic tour months ago and made my decision to move easy. She knew every answer to my questions and ensured I got the unit I wanted. The amenities are top notch and Brianna has been so responsive and ready to accommodate residents.

The Avalon is the best place to live! It is such a stunning new building. The amenities are pristine. The front desk workers are so friendly and helpful. Maria, Mia, and Briana are a huge help and are a great addition to a welcoming home.

We've been living here a few months and we only have wonderful things to say about Avalon Annapolis! The apartments are beautiful and the extra amenities like the gym and pool are amazing. The location is nice and convenient too. If you add in that Maria, Brianna, Mia, and Patrick (as well as the rest of the staff we have interacted with) are all amazing and extremely knowledgeable and kind, it makes this one of the best places to live!

We just moved into Avalon apartments in Annapolis in late November. The property is very nice with an excellent workout facility. The pool which opens in May looks amazing. The new rooftop lounge also just opened. Patrick, Maria, Briana and Mia are incredibly helpful and kind. Living here is very stress free.

I moved into the Avalon Annapolis December 2024. I wanted to highly compliment everyone that I have worked with. Every interaction has been favorable. I want to specifically point out Maria in leasing. Maria was our first contact when seeking information at the Avalon and she has been nothing but coureous, professional and knowledgeable. While all the leasing peraonnel have been amazing, Maria was instrumental in our decision to move forward with a lease. Also factors that stood out at this property were the unique floor plans, closet spaces and overall amenities. Finally I want to mention maintenance. I have had very minor items that were needed done by maintenance. Primarily because it is a brand new apartment. Work orders have been responded to timely and work has been preformed on time and again, everyone has been very respectful. I want to single out Armando as he has been nothing but professional and responsive. Thank you all for doing what many rental communities seem to be falling short on. It all matters.
