Nice community & location, but it's somewhat too dense. The build quality is good & some layouts quite good as well.

The main thing I did not like was that the homes (all or the majority) don't have Solar installed. In addition, the new phases will not have the required pre-wiring to allow owners to switch to electric stoves in the future, nor wall space & allowance for future battery installation in the garages. I suspect there are other similar deficiencies.

Even if builders had permits before the rules went into effect, I like to see them proactively update their plans & construction to reflect these significant changes in unbuilt homes. Sadly, making (more) money usually beats making (good) sense & doing what's better for homeowners & the environment -- i.e., more "greening" not less... & I don't mean green Dollars !!
